(Ya, these forums aren't really active enough for any quick action events.... I'll just leave the events as undertows for now)

There where many spirits but they each went down quickly enough, disappearing into the forest as they where defeated. The fires where also put out easily enough. It wasn't long till it was all over and the Vanguard started moving and treating the injured.

A few minutes later the calm was disturbed by the sound of a large explosion to the north that shook the ground. Leo returned to town after treating his injuries with the balm Hotaru gave him. He looked normal again he walked up straight to hide he was injured. The forest was now two clear entities. The one that was with him and the one that needed to die. As soon as the other half reemerged it will be time to transcend. The part of the forest that was with him would let him know as soon as that time came.

When Leo reached the inn a person in a black and white robe was waiting for him. Without a word the two went up the stairs of the inn. A few minutes later the robed person came back down and started writing in a corner of the inn's main room.

In the middle of Leo woke up and left the inn. The town was quite as he walked down the streets and wondered into the forest. Come that sunrise, the forest was no longer filled with 'spirits' and Leo never returned to Saul.

(I will create the next RP site soon, hopefully by the end of the weekend. I hope for Orlandia to have much presence in it even if it's not in Orlandia. I'll just have to see how much I can get.)

(Again not really trying to rush it, I'm just saying when this happens sense it's relevant and I had to wrap up my part of the event here sense I'm releasing 2 major RP threads soon. One where you'll be able to earn official EXP and one that isn't xK miles away from Orlandia. Just need to wrap up my event at Destiny's cross road. And even if that takes longer then planned the two RP sites will be online by the next Weldon show.)

She strolled past them and out of the inn.

Skye and Carter were still midst in conversation. "She is my queen in this game, Carter." She pointed out her knife at him. "I understand you're on a world conquest of sorts. OSDF will be your biggest opponent as a Free Trader. I will work from within the OSDF and deliver all information to you. Also, I will stand beside Skye in whatever she decides, as her pilot and your's. Either we could be friends or enemies, but I believe we'd all work better as a team." She glanced at Skye, pausing, and taking a breathe. "With Skye as our leader."

Skye smiled at Morrigan and gave her a quick nod before she returned her attention back to Carter. "Well it looks like I'm developing a mismatch crew... do you want to be a part of it?" she questioned the pirate, after giving Avalon a nod of acknowledgement that she would like to have her on her crew as well.

Morrigan grit her teeth and shoved past Skye. She grabbed Carter by the collar who seemed to give her a blank stare.

"Finish what you started, pirate!" She shouted, throwing him back into his seat. "We don't have time for any of this. If you have a plan, you better figure out what you want soon." She whirled around to look at Skye. "The entire OSDF has been on edge. They're recalling all of our ships to make sure they're in top shape. They must think that Skyrates are going to try to infiltrate Orlandia during the Stone Blessing Festival."

She paused.

"Originally Duke Stratosphere of the Skyrates wanted to make a deal with Orlandia, but a band of Pirates took down a council ship yesterday morning and killed a Chief Engineer and..." Her knuckles whitened as she clenched them. "A OSDF Air Marshall."

"My...and CARTER's engineer is working on a ship. A BIG ship by what it looks on the blue-prints." She was already dialing on her Satcom. "We'll talk to him, but we have to hurry and get going." There was static on the other end.

"Hex? This is Miz. I need you to bring a passenger ship to Sual for..." She looked over at Carter and Avalon. "Four passengers, plus yourself. I have a plan. But, make sure it's equipped with magi-artillery, you'll need to blast through the tree spirits. Be quick about it, we can't let the tow ship get my ship back to the hangar. We'll have to intercept it."

She ended the call. "Alright, let's get outta here."

Skye nodded to Miz. "We need to help protect Orlandia durring the ceremony, then we can worry about other things, like changing the world." she told Carter.

She nodded. She wanted to find her friend, Lin, but it seemed they were growing further and further apart with every moment. She also wanted to find to find her place in the world, and it seemed right to do it

But, she didn't want to see anyone else die. She didn't want the line to be drawn between Skyrates and OSDF. She supported the legalization of Privateers.

"We have to get going, Soles and Hex are going to blast through the canopy. The trees are not going to be happy." She grimaced, throwing her pack over her shoulder. "Although they're starting to evacuate, I don't want to endanger the remaining people in the town."

Miz cursed, shoving the bowie knife back into her bag. "We don't have time. With the forest spirits gone, we have no protection." She dug a flare out of her bag when something climbed onto her shoulder.

She froze and looked over. It was the cat kender that Leo had been holding earlier. It seemed to smile at her and tilt it's head to the side.

"OH...MY...GOD." She let the flare loose straight into the air, past the canopy. It erupted into a jet of gold and orange, spitting sparks. Miz stumbled, the kender clinging to her, happily. She suddenly noticed they were surrounded...by cat kenders. She scrambled backwards into Skye. She knew that the destruction of the forest were de-rooting the spirits, but why were they gathering here.

She looked up and gasp. The stones from the transportation bus were glowing through the canopy. "They're attracted to Hex's magic." She grinned, pointing upwards. The cat kenders came to rest around them, maybe a dozen in total.

Skye drew her knives but didn't attack any of the kenders, with a small sigh she dug into one pouch and pulled out a small ball, it seemed plain enough but she touched a side of it then tossed it towards the woods just as it started glowing, It started to flaire and radiate a powerful sense of magic that would hopefully lure the kenders away from the group so they could escape into the ships, she also reached into a different pouch and pulled out a stick which she lit quickly and tossed a little further away from the ball, it almost immediately started to shower sparkling silver sparks that also radiated power she then turned to Hex and the others. "Hurry that wont hold them for too much longer." she said backing the others towards the ship holding onto one knife and her flint lock in the other.

Alright. She aimed another flare and shot upwards as the kenders dispersed. The flare emitted another shower of sparks and she dialed up Soles on her satcom. "Alright Soles, ready when you are."

She noticed the people of the village had finally taken shelter.

"Well this is certainly a way to meet new people." Skye mused dryly as she waited for the bus to be ready for load up.

Hex hovered the bus roughly 20 meters above the ground and opened the hatch and lowered a rope and wood ladder. "Come on Miz, let's move." She waited as Miz climbed in and was followed by a woman in gyspy clothing. She grinned at her as she watched her settle in her seat. Then she saw Carter climb up the ladder. She frowned at him. "Hey Carter, Did you enjoy that pie? Next time at least leave the plate in the sink and, please, I beg you, please keep your shoes off the table!!!" She turned back to look at Avalon as she was the last to load up. "This everyone?" After a nod from Morrigan she pulled the intercom to her face as she turned and flipped switches. "Soles, lead us outta here, Ive got the crew. Lets head out."

Skye settled in her seat and looked out the window as Sual dissapeared behind the clouds with a sigh she prepared herself for whatever would come.
