Name: Lady Catlin Spencer Occupation: Seamstress and jewelry-maker Catlin is a traditionally educated woman of some note, claiming descent from the Earl Spencer of England. Her opulence hardly registers in her dress, however, preferring a 'sporty' look that has the high society saying she dresses more like a sky pirate than a proper lady. This hardly bothers her, because one can hardly go bicycling in crinoline! Though she has no real need in life to make a trade for herself, she enjoys creating things by her own hands, dabbling in the art of jewelry-making and becoming quite accomplished of a seamstress. Though she can act immature and frets over trivial things, she has a sharp wit and it has been rumored before that she has connection to certain sky pirates... though no such slander can really be proven, so it's simply idle chatter.

...And of course, I'm a loyal member of the Smiley Army! I look forward to seeing everyone there... and I may just have some of my wares to share amongst my fellow citizens of Orlandia!

So, I've taken to dabbling slightly with what bits of scientific knowledge I've gleaned from my studies, and think I've created an interesting little device. Essentially it's a hand-operated canon that emits charges of the chemical dihydrogen monoxide with fairly successful accuracy. I'm not entirely sure how many charges the reservoir tank inside the canon holds, as dihydrogen monoxide is a liquid at room temperature, and thus difficult to measure exactly without a proper beaker set on hand. I'm tempted to spare no expense to fill the tank completely, and, in a controlled environment where I can safely dispose of the expended ammunition, fire the charges at a target that I have deemed impervious to the chemical reactions caused by the charges, until the tank is empty, and count how many shots are expended. I shall have photographic documentation of my prototype, once it is completed. It still need a bit of fine-tuning before it's perfected.

most interesting Lady Spencer. If only the Smiley Army didn't already have claim to you. I could use an armory tech of your caliber.

Oh if you want to put it in the barest of layman's terms. It's a very impressive one, though.

like Super soaker? lol thats still awesome, you could probably tell people that at the convention and they'd be afraid that if you squirted them they would melt from some dangerous chemical inside

Oh it's a highly volatile chemical! It reacts with plenty of things. But yes, I think the majority of them won't really get it. XD

All right, so, as promised, here's the picture of my hand-cannon, like I said I'd post! Pardon the quality of the camera, it makes for good landscapes but really is truly abysmal for capturing fine details in close up. I had to re-modify it to comply with AFO Weapons policy, but it now does, and is ready for field testing!
