(Stop complaining. Soles is a busy man. Just cause he said the work would take a day... doesnt mean he dropped everything ahead of you and started then. lol XD)

She sighed, "Company... Spruce the place up... means cleaning..." She made a funny face and continued. "I hate cleaning... Alright, I'll start up on that now." She grabbed a rug with her bandaged hands and began wiping down the counters.

LTC Espinoza walked into the shop, almost bumping into the girl who yelled at COL Collins last time they were there. There was no sign of the Colonel this time, LTC Espinoza just came in because he got a call to pick up his airship.
"Yeah, I'm here to pick up the Mammoth Mark IX I dropped off to have some installation and repair work done... got a page saying it was ready."

A static call came over the open Satcom line in the shop.
"Hex? This is Miz. I need you to bring a passenger ship to Sual for..." She looked over at Carter and Avalon. "Four passengers, plus yourself. I have a plan. But, make sure it's equipped with magi-artillery, you'll need to blast through the tree spirits. Be quick about it, we can't let the tow ship get my ship back to the hangar. We'll have to intercept it."

Hex throws her broom down, silently thanking Miz for the interruption. "Got it Boss." She said as she ran to the nearest passenger ship and climbed inside and started the engines. She settled herself into the pilot's seat and called out over the SatCom. "Miz, Sit tight, we are on our way. Soles, I got her warmed up and ready to go whenever you are." She flipped a few more switches and reached into a small cubby hole to grab a pair of gloves to cover her hands and touched something furry. She jolted and screamed as a half eaten rat fell out as she pulled out her gloves. She calmed when she saw it was dead, slipped on her gloves and grabbed the rat and threw it out. "Boss, we really gotta do something about these rats. They are starting to eat each other." She finished her pre-flight mental checklist and waited for Soles to give her the go ahead.
