The Players Guild

Welcome One and all to the Players Guild! We don't care who you are, what you do, or what you look like, we accept all into our fold.

The Players Guild is a relatively new guild, created by 4 practically strangers united by a common cause. They started with little, but now with their Flag ships The Queen's Gambit and the Black Bishop the guild is off to uncover their destiny.

The PG is neutral for the most part, and will usually help anyone who needs it, they also contract themselves out to other guilds for missions and such, to make a little extra money.

To keep a certain safe anonymity the key heads of the guild are known for their code names:

When you first join the guild you will be in a Pawn position, but prove yourself worthy and you might move up the ranks.

She sits in the corner quietly holding a stone. Every once in a while she looks at it, mouths a few words and presses gently on a spot on the stone. When she moves her finger, there is a small indent where she touched it.

[rihdan]

Giggles. "My name is Ihexia Rihdan. Hex for short."

Miz came in, bustling as usual, trying to fidget with her satcom and balance an armful of books. "This is why I'm not an engineer." She cursed. Frustrated, she tossed it onto the table with a clatter, and gave a look around. She noticed on the wall's roster: the ex-gypsie, Skye Wulfe; the Sky Pirate, Checkmate Carter; the owner of Leafwright Ships, Soles Leafwright; and Leafwright's hire-on Stone Mage, Ihexia Rihdan; had already signed-in above her scrawled handwriting.

She also noticed that the scary Madaleah Cess had also joined up with the crew. "Oh my we're one crazy bunch of misfits." She grimaced, noticing Carter and Ihexia in the corner. "Carter, don't be scaring the children now."

"Thats what this guild is here for." Skye spoke with a smile as she came in through the kitchen door munching on a sandwich. "A place for a crazy bunch of misfits to belong." she added nodding over at Ihexia and Morrigan, she seemed to still be hesitant around Carter, her mistrust of the sky pirates ran deep.

misfits indeed and how my dear am I scaring anyone. while where hear I must ask who is going to by the one driving the gambit also where the hell can I get one of thos sandwichs

"In the kitchen. Don't think that one of us girls are going to do it for you." She smirked, throwing herself into and arm chair and hoisting a leg over one of the arms.

I'll be the black knight

"I'll go grab the platter, Boss... I want one myself." She says as she stands to walk towards the kitchen, pocketing her stone. "Oh and by the way, Carver scares me less than the rest of you do, well other than boss, but thats cause he pays well. I barely know any of you." It's obvious she holds a deep respect for Carter, he is, after all, what she has dreamed of being for years.

She disappears into the kitchen and returns shortly bearing the platter of sandwiches and also a sweating pitcher of a Honey colored liquid that has a slight glow to it, and sets them on a table in the middle of the room. "Here, I brought some of the latest batch of Sandstorm Ale. Tried a new ritual to give it a bit more of a kick. Should warm your insides quite nicely." She goes back to the kitchen and returns with an armful of mugs and sets them down on the table, but as she does, she knocks one onto the floor and it shatters. "Oh screws be stripped!" She scrunched her face as she knelt to begin gathering the pieces of broken glass. "Could someone fetch me a broom, please?"

Morrigan groaned and rolled out of the armchair, heading towards the linen closet and popping it open. Despite Carter's maps and Leafwright's ship plans, she was happy to see that the Queen's Gambit was kept clean. She pulled a wooden broom and dustpan from the closet and trudged back over to the pile of glass. As she knelt, sweeping the pieces up, she avoided eye contact with Hex.

Hex was right. They were a group of strangers. But, she couldn't find herself to be uncomfortable with them. It was like when she was younger, playing with Lin and the boys across the the bridge, pretending to have adventures. Carter and Leafwright were so sure on what they wanted, and Skye...-

She casted a glance over to the Captain of the Queen's Bandit. She actually wasn't quite sure why Skye had agreed. She seemed tense around Carter. Maybe she was just trying to find herself. Maybe they, including herself, were all trying to find places for themselves. She turned her gaze back to the meek Hex and grinned. "Go grab another mug and we'll have a drink."
