"Thanks." She said as she turned to Soles. "Sorry about the mug, Boss." She gave a downcast look to the floor, she hated being so clumsy, but it seemed she could only be graceful when working with stones, or when under extreme stress or pressure. She walked to the kitchen and came back with a new mug and poured herself some of the ale. She returned to her corner and sat back down and lightly touched her necklace before pulling out the stone she had in her head earlier.

"No thanks for me, Hex, I'll stick with my herbal tea." she said with a small smile as she went into the kitchen and returned with her own mug with her flavored tea. She settled back in her chair and stared out the window seemingly lost in her own thoughts.

(Amanda had called black night, but hasn't put her profile up yet I'm thinking about adding more pieces, we could put up the kings, but we could also have like kingside and queensides... Idk what do you guys think?)

(doesnt matter to me. Though if you wanted to add the pawns that would give you um... *counting in head* 16 more spots if you added all white and black pawns.)

She nodded. She knew Skye didn't drink anything like the Ale. "By the way Miss Skye, If you dont mind, I've been working on a small present for the Gambit." She says as she nervously rubs the dark stone in her hand. Everytime she touches the stone it takes on more of a certain shape. "Just figured that since the Gambit's nearly done, it could use something to make it a little more.... um... homey..." She stared at the stone in her hand and ran her finger over small spots as if added final details. She held it up to the light, smiled, and then ran it over the front of her shirt one last time and walked to the table in the center of the room. She then set the stone figure on the table. The piece was a rendition of a castle tower. She walked slowly back to her corner and pulled a second stone out of her pocket, this one a light tan color. She went back to her earlier ritual of mouthing faint words and pressing the stone to give it a general shape.

Skye smiled over at Hex. "That sounds good, surely a ship could use a homey feeling as it will be ours for an unknown amount of time" she told the mage with a nod.

well captian you may launch her when ever your ready. if everyone stays here to long ill have to start charging rent

"Alright, alright! Time to ship out, mates!" Miz grinned, reached for her helmet and goggles. "I suppose I'll cover the right-side of The Queen's Bandit with the White Knight as a gunner." She adjusted the helmet. "We can communicate via our ships' SatComs."

She stood, pushing open the ship's cabin door and stepped out into the shop of Leafwright's ships. "Ready when you are, captain."

((I suppose that the ship is big enough to dock the ships that aren't in flight?))

She grinned and turned the chair to face the others. "Ready to see if this hunk of metal will actually fly?" she questioned with a laugh.

no offense but how does ashley being the black knight fit at all. Knights are sneaky unpredictable awkward pieces that break every other rule of chess and that is so not ashley, if anything Ashley is the white rook and hex is the black night, but thats just my opinion

(amanda will be the black night, I'm still working on figuring out how the pieces will work I wasn't expecting this many lol though I shoud have)

you bet your shiny boots it will shell fly better than any other out there. ill take the left side with the rooks edge I don't exactly trust there to be no intrusions by pirates

She stands up and begins to walk out. "Alright, I guess I'll go do a pre-flight check down in the engine room. Check the stones and stuffs." What she really meant, was go take a nap. She had already checked everything before anyone else had even loaded up. She kept a small blanket and pillow secreted in the engine room for this very fact. Good thing she knows how to sleep with loud noises. "Just, um... Yell for me if I'm needed." Under her breath she whispered, "I will just take these with me," as she pocketed her stone and grabbed the pitcher of Ale, the sandwiches, and a mug, and began to waltz out of the room.

((Also, I know this is like ten years behind on the convo... but my character is the reason Soles has anything clean... Because I clean it all. lol only thing my char doesnt clean is her own room and workplace XD like me >_< XD))
