Skye shook her head which caused her hair to rustle across her back. "Dont worry about it, Its in the past right?" she questioned with a sigh, then shrugged it off and took another bite of apple.

Colonel Collins appears in the stairwell, after having freshened up from the gore of zombie killing and changing into a clean kilt, spots the two young ladies and goes to greet them. "Good evening Skye and whom might your young friend be?"

Major Espinoza walks into the entrance and immediately retires for a room. "Good thing I keep a room and a change of uniforms here on retainer. Times like that you get all sweaty and gunk, makes the uniform look bad with sweat stains all over it." Says the Major under his breath as he walks to the counter and is given a key.

After awhile Leo entered the commons from the front door and immediate noted the two girls. "Hey Skye and.... Hotaru right?" as he stepped up and recognized Collins he add "...and Collins.... I thought you had left. You're back already?"

Leo mumbled more to himself then to Collins "You always say that but I always seem to arrive in town long before you....and you always make me wonder how we became friends. Life is too strange." Turning his attention to Skye he said clearly "Right, before I forget, there was something I needed to tell you....." Right there he trailed of and then mumbled "Never mind, it can wait. I'll say it later."

Skye had nodded to Collins when he came in and continued to munch on her apple, when Leo came up and spoke to her she gave him a confused smile but nodded anyway. "Hey, think fast!" she called, tossing an apple at his face.

With lightning fast reflexes Leo caught the apple in one hand and then sighed. After a quick moment to recollect himself he asked "They have apples here? I didn't remember seeing them on the menus." With that he took a bit and after swallowing he said "There good though. They seem freshly picked."

Skye smiled, "They are freshly picked, I went for a jog this morning and found them about half a mile away." She told him with a shrug and then finished up her apple.

Suddenly, Major Espinoza emerges in a nice well pressed kilt and uniform top with all of his awards and medals from his years of distinctive service. "Drat, only had a dress uniform in the room. I guess that means I need to go to Orlandia and pick up my dry-cleaning. That reminds me to do the acquisition paperwork to get a couple more ACU's or maybe even an ABU." I do look sharp in this though." He mutters to himself with a smile on his face. He then walks up to the barkeep and orders a pint. "Barkeep, a pint of the strongest ale ye's got, and an empty glass. I'm parched and I need to get this taste of blood out of my mouth. Damn zombies and their exploding their guts everywhere." He takes the ale, takes a swig, and spits into the empty cup. "Barkeep, dispose of this 'properly' if you would please." With that he leaves a gold coin on the counter, and tells the barkeep to keep the large sum of change as a tip for the good service. As he does this, he looks around and takes a quick survey of who's in the commons at this hour.

"You really should stop talking to yourself sometimes Major. Also you don't have to be in your dress uniform all the time. Wear something casual for a change. Nobody likes a show off." Collins flicks one of the Major's metals on this chest with a smirk and walks over to his airbike. "Also the ABUs are still on order I laready filled out the paperwork just waiting on the funds. Unless you got the money then talk to the guys at Darkthreads and see what they can do for you. Tell them I sent you, Stefan might give you a good price." With that Colonel Collins lifts into the air and flies off into the direction of his base.

After awhile, Hotaru decides to go outside and possibly get some practice in. Grabbing her bag from her room, she ducks out the back door and looks around. Spotting a small grove of trees nearby, she walks far enough in that no one could see her immediately and sits, reflecting on the last few days.
